To create a trouble ticket:

  1. Click “CTRL + F12” on any agency workstation, tablet, or laptop.
  2. If this is your first time using helpdesk on this device you will need to input your name and email address and click”send Token”
  3. Check your email for message from the server
  4. Copy and paste the “token” in email to the “confirmation token” box and click save.
  5. If the keystroke does not work You can also simply send an email to and include a description of the problem in the body.
