To create a trouble ticket:
- Click “CTRL + F12” on any agency workstation, tablet, or laptop.
- If this is your first time using helpdesk on this device you will need to input your name and email address and click”send Token”
- Check your email for message from the server
- Copy and paste the “token” in email to the “confirmation token” box and click save.
- If the keystroke does not work You can also simply send an email to email@example.com and include a description of the problem in the body.
